Oliver Wilson-Hall says:

Coming from a guy on TRT (HRT) this is really sound advice. I actually tried all of the aforementioned for about a year. Unfortunately didn't work well enough. Now on TRT for life. But at least I ruled out external factors.

However I will say this, cause and affect. Low T certainly messes with sleep and ability to deal with stress in it own right. Since being on I can function so much better, handle more, not fatigued all the time, think straight and even feel more in the sense I feel alive. Whereas before no matter how much I changed my lifestyle or out look on stuff there was still something missing. Which was apparently Testosterone. 😂

Oh and don't confuse 'Test Boosters' with TRT. most test boosters are just zinc and tribulus terrestris, with maybe Ginseng. Non of which are going to do much harm to be honest. In fact they all help Nitric oxide so aren't bad in the fitness aspect. Whereas just taking exogenous Testosterone will do the opposite and shut down your natural production full stop, it doesn't 'top up' it just replaces. :)

Farmer Pat. Back to the Basics says:

Grow your own food, hunt, get plenty of sunshine, take cold showers, drink a lot of water and get plenty of sleep. It seems like a lot of people are forgetting about our relationship with our food. Especially for males, we are meant to be constantly harvesting animals from the earth. Did you ever kill a deer or other animal for food? It is one of the most satisfying feelings in the world. A lot of hunters say nothing makes them feel more alive and grateful than killing an animal for food. My test feels through the roof with I hunt and especially when I eat the meat! Another great video Elliott!

Billy Jean Huetzelmann says:

So I personally and unexpectedly because I had never used an exogenous testosterone in my life. Went from training hard for 6 years to sleeping up to 17 hours a day and sleeping away a 3 day weekend. I'm currently in the process of a restarting my endocrine system after being on testosterone for just under a year. Yes I know what my levels were, June 2015 I was at 9.27/38 and by October I dropped 8.26/38. We do use a scale of 300-1100 varying from the low safe end to hyper alpha male.
I felt tired for years and finally crashed, I may have been a unique case for my age (25 at the time) I believe in a lot of what you say Elliot but I do believe this is a touchy subject.

Fanis93 says:

Yo Elliott. Why do you think Bioenergetics aren't so much famous?? I really can't believe that nobody knows about them and nobody is practicing them. I searched about them and there are few sources about them and the sources that i found was of course Alexander Lowen, a few other vids but not much and your vids. Bioenergetics must be shared with the world. So much of the problems the world is facing could be solved by doing these simple but effective exercises. I must share them with everyone. Thanks for the courage you had to put yourself and look like crazy doing these because i'd never even learn about them otherwise.

Khánh Cao says:

How to choose what to double down on when you have a few things going for you? If you are good at writing, speaking, team building,… what skill to develop first to be highly efficient at? Noone wants to be a jack of all trades i guess.

Anthony Vigil says:

Hell yeah!!! I fuck*n missed watching your videos!! Ahhh good stuff. How epic would it be if you and ralf smart made a video together. Breathing in that goodass prana

Nicolas M says:

The bit where he's saying that there is no standard, there's only what works for you, is very true. We should stop looking at other people in order to make changes but experiment and experience for ourself. Be self-reliant and be ourself for there is no greater truth than to know and be yourself.

I struggled with this most of my life. Always looking around in order to find the best person to emulate and imitate, only to be left miserable each time and left still looking.

After many years of my life, i came to the realization that getting to know my self was the best course of action that i could take. Express myself fully and freely, and be authentic as much as possible.

Your videos have a lot of wisdom that is of great practical and spiritual use.

Thanks!
