Hello friends! Here is the recipe of restaurant style methi malai paneer! This goes perfect for days when you are craving for some authentic north Indian paneer recipe! Serve it with butter naan or even lachcha parantha and you are good to go!

Methi Malai Paneer:

For Marinade:
Paneer, 500 g
Fried onion, 1 bowl
Fresh methi leaves (fenugreek leaves), 1 bowl
Hung yogurt, 1 bowl
1 tsp, crushed cloves
1 tsp, cardamom powder
1tsp, cinnamon powder
1 tsp, red chili powder
1 tsp, coriander powder
1 tsp, turmeric powder
1 tsp, garam masala
1 tsp, kitchen king masala
2 tsp ginger garlic paste

Butter, 50 g
1 tsp, cumin seeds
1 Green chili, chopped
1 bowl, tomato puree
1 bowl, fresh cream
Fresh coriander leaves

1. Mix all the ingredients of marinade in a bowl. Mix well
2. Coat the paneer pieces in the marinade properly. Leave paneer to marinate for 1 hour.
3. Heat butter in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter,
4. Add green chili and cook for 1 min.
5. Add marinated paneer and cook for 10-15 min.
6. Add tomato puree and cook until the butter separates.
7. Add cream and coriander leaves. Mix well.
8. Serve hot with naan or parantha and Enjoy.
